Is pricing really in BDT?
Yes. Bangladesh businesses bill in BDT and so do we. USD invoicing is available on Enterprise for foreign-invested entities consolidating to HQ.
What counts as an 'employee'?
Anyone with an active record in the system who can check in, receive payroll, or appears in headcount reports. Terminated and archived records do not count.
Is there a long-term contract?
Growth is month-to-month. Enterprise is annual, payable BDT or USD.
Do you offer NGO / education discounts?
Yes. Registered NGOs (with FD-6 evidence) and accredited schools receive a 30% discount on Growth.
What payment methods do you accept?
bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, and corporate card. Enterprise invoices are payable by BDT bank transfer or USD wire.
